Vendor payments, payroll, or other outgoing transactions requiring client approval will be submitted to the client for authorization before processing in accordance with the client's service agreement.

Client Portal

SBS may provide clients with access to an online portal through Buildium or other approved business platforms.

The portal may be used to securely exchange documents, review financial information, receive updates, communicate with our team, and maintain records related to the client's account.

Clients are responsible for protecting their usernames, passwords, and other login credentials.

SBS does not sell clients' personal information.
